1. the packing box of high efficiency filter package is intact, no breakage, no collision and split. The packing (packing bag) should be intact. The foam plastic angle and insulation foam board should be available. Models, specifications, exhaust volume and cyclone inflow should be detailed, precise and complete, and have product product qualification certificate.
2. The surface layer of the structure of efficient air supply outlet has no significant environmental pollution, no bumps, scars, scratches, coatings, no shedding, no hairy edges and rust marks; the structure of efficient air supply outlet (one side of the sticky sealant strip) should be leveled without significant error; the compressive strength of the structure of efficient air supply outlet should meet the requirements, such as on the leveled surface, shaking, invisible change of the structure, and no significant error.
3. Sealing between filter paper and structure of high-efficiency air supply outlet at joint should be strict, with no gap and hole. Sealing strip of window between high-efficiency air supply outlet and structure should be connected and without rupture. Looking at leveling, the thickness of sealing strip of window between high-efficiency air supply outlet and structure is not suitable to exceed 8mm, and the compression rate is 25%-30%.
4. The number of folding layers on one side of filter paper meets the requirements, and the height of the separator should be between 4.0 and 4.5mm; the filter paper should be non-damaged, non-stained, non-chipping, non-wrinkling, non-gluing and non-patching; the separator has no obvious damage and uniformity; the sealant is neat and non-cracked, the wetting height of filter paper and separator is not more than 5mm, and the filter paper and sealant paste of the frame are at the same time. Cracks, bubbles, voids and wrinkles should not occur.
